The ideal candidate must be a responsible, self-starting, motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- The Essential Responsibilities of the Property Management Assistant may include but are not limited to the following:Effectively communicate with both landlords and tenants – quality customer service.
- Assisting lead in keeping track of important dates - lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, vacant properties, etc.
- Drafting notices to tenants regarding entry, repairs, etc.
