- Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Leading a construction management team to deliver capital construction projects for US Federal Government clients.
- Taking leadership initiative in working with internal team members, and client departments including cost/scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, construction, contracts, legal, labor relations, finance, accounting and other services and departments as required to successfully manage projects.
- Qualifications Minimum Requirements BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education BS. Experience with managing US Federal Government projects within the past 4 years.
- Relevant experience leading contacts, managing people, budgets, schedules, overseeing subcontractor performance, and working with stakeholders and governing agencies on behalf of a public-works owner.
- Understanding of all contract documents and in field problem solving skills and the interpretation of drawings and specifications Preferred Requirements Minimum of 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience that includes knowledge of all project phases: planning, design, preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
