- The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide applied behavior analysis consultation, evaluation, and direct therapy service to clients.
- Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client’s program.
- Provide staff with feedback regarding data collection to ensure staff accuracy in recording
- Provide adequate monthly supervision to RBT/BTs based on clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with BCBA to ensure supervision requirements needed to maintain BCaBA credential are met per BACB specifications
