- Works under the direction of the Senior Director of Adult and Juvenile Justice Programs to provide administrative, budgetary/fiscal oversight and clinical programming of supervised programs/units.
- Maintains effective collaborative working relationships with Harris County Juvenile Probation Department (HCJPD), Harris County Resources for Children and Adults (HCRCA), and The Texas Correctional Office on Medical and Mental Impairment (TCOOMMI).
- This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the following programs: Triad Forensic Evaluation and Youth Psychological Services with HCJPD; Triad Mental Health Services with HCRCA; TCOOMMI Jr.; Transition Services with HCJPD. Provides qualitative & demonstrates leadership & supervision to staff within these programs.
- In addition, this position in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Adult and Juvenile Justice works collaboratively for projecting, controlling, and meeting budgets in accordance with Agency and financial guidelines and controls.
- Works collaboratively with the Sr. Director of Adult and Juvenile Justice Programs to communicate relevant ongoing and timely information affecting the delivery of mental health services to staff and consumers in an emergency and disaster event.
