- The Boston Healthy Families Community-Based Perinatal Health Project (Boston COPHI) is a program Healthy Start Systems to address large and persistent inequities in birth outcomes for Black women and other women of color in the city of Boston.
- This community-based doula program will strengthen systems of perinatal care that support women and families of color through the birthing process.

- Position DescriptionThe Program Coordinator II is responsible for supporting the Project Director with planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for a five -year Office of Minority Health grant, Boston Healthy Families Community-Based Perinatal Health Project (Boston COPHI).
