- Reporting to the Adult Housing Services Manager, the Program Assistant provides support and assistance to the Adult Housing Services Team. The Program Assistant works collaboratively with the Adult Housing Services Team and provides resources to program participants who may be experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability, provides administrative support, and assists with all program-related administrative tasks.
- Assists with data entry into the region's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Apricot 360 Case Management software to adhere to grant and contract compliance requirements.
