- maintain/enhance the ERP system to efficiently and effectively support work practices, District policies, legal and fiscal/budget requirements, administration of collective bargaining agreements, and personnel administration.
- identify, analyze, and resolve work process issues, document system user's needs and problems through Remedy tickets and/or remotely using LANDesk.
- work with other departments on items related to time management such as Sick Leave Banks, Attendance Awards, FMLA, Workers Comp and Disability reporting.
- evaluate, trouble-shoot and recommend security accesses for the users of the payroll modules.
- create, configure, maintain and update Holiday Calendars; generate and maintain Work Schedules; maintain system tables as related to payroll/time management; provide support for all aspects of time configuration, including CATS, FMLA Workbench, quota configuration, time transfer, time evaluation and time rules/schemas.
