- The PRS Supervisor for Post Release Services is responsible for all aspects of supervising a team of caseworkers providing culturally and linguistically appropriate case management to unaccompanied children (UC) in Applied Intellect's PRS program.
- Ensure compliance with Applied Intellect and ORR requirements and policies governing the provision of services and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Provide ongoing leadership, direction, development, coaching, counseling, oversight, clinical guidance, and support to staff to ensure child welfare principles and social work best practices are central components of PRS.
- A Master of Social Work or an equivalent advanced degree in a behavioral science (e.g., education, psychology, sociology) or social services field, with at least two years' progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience is preferred, or;
- Candidate must pass a criminal background check that includes history of conviction of child and sexual abuse.
