- Under close supervision, processes reports, public requests and other legal documents for the New Braunfels Police Department (NBPD); review records for compliance and accuracy in automated records management systems; provides information within scope of authority.
- Conducts a verity of general reception office duties including preparing correspondence and receipt of deliveries.
- Ability to be comfortable in testifying in court to verify records for the New Braunfels Police Department.
- Complies with all New Braunfels Police Department policies, procedures, state law and federal law to assure the safety of public personnel and the public.
- Must be able to obtain technical certificates in TLETS/NCIC within one year of date of hire.
