- You will actively engage with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of and improvement of product content, delivery channels, data quality, and governance with an eye to developing processes for use of eCommerce, Marketing and Sales.
- Acquire and manage the development of rich product content that allows the organization to merchandise products to eCommerce, printed catalog, product syndication, etc.
- Conduct regular audits of PIM and brands for digital content to identify and address any inconsistencies, errors or gaps.
- Maintain digital content tracker, metrics and scorecards for each vendor, monitoring the content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- This position requires collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, category management and Sales to ensure product information is accurate and enriched.
