- You will work closely with the head of talent to drive the process design and implementation of client’s talent programs which are technology enabled processes that drive talent development strategy.
- You will partner closely with key leaders across business functions, HRIS, analytics team, justice & antiracism coordination team to define processes objectives and success metrics that ensure success of the overall employee experience.
- Partner with HRIS team, Workforce Planning & Analytics and Recruiting team to design and deploy talent systems and tools to help track skills, career development, progression, and talent management as it aligns to our talent practices throughout the year.
- Work with analytics team and HRBP’s to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pools, translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at appropriate levels as it relates to performance management and progression.
- Preferred degree in human resource management, Industrial – Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Management/Leadership studies or similar
