- The Pathways Program is an early intervention program within Britain Development that is specifically designed to serve the needs of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- The Behavior Technician, under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is responsible for conducting individual and group treatment to assist children to develop maximum cognitive, social, self-help, communication and motor skills.
- The Behavior Technician will assist the BCBA, teachers and therapists in a variety of settings and work closely with parents and other professional staff.
- The Behavior Technician supports the Center and staff by helping to maintain a clean and hygienic environment and maintaining organization in the Pathways classroom and other areas.
- Provide direct therapy under the supervision of the BCBA to assist children to develop maximum cognitive, language, self-help, social, and motor skills.
