- The Pathways Program is an early intervention program within Britain Development that is specifically designed to serve the needs of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- The Pedicatic Behavior Technician, under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is responsible for conducting individual and group treatment to assist children to develop maximum cognitive, social, self-help, communication and motor skills.
- The Pediatric Behavior Technician will assist the BCBA, teachers and therapists in a variety of settings and work closely with parents and other professional staff.
- Provide direct therapy under the supervision of the BCBA to assist children to develop maximum cognitive, language, self-help, social, and motor skills.
