- Lead or support investigations of alleged misconduct involving employees in a complex global enterprise.
- Issue types cover financial issues (Conflicts of Interest, Travel and Entertainment Expenses, Confidential Information), safety and security breaches, and HR related (Harassment and Discrimination, Retaliation, violations of HR Employee Handbook.)
- Cover end to end life cycle of an investigation: intake, interviews of witnesses, document review, conduct assessment against policy and Code of Conduct language, summary report, and participation in work groups to help decision-makers decide outcome, close out with key participants (reporter and is unsubstantiated, with subject)
- Conduct forensic investigations and analysis using various forensic and eDiscovery tools.
- Experience with eDiscovery tools (Clearwell, Nuix, Relativity) is an added advantage.
