- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Outside Salesperson is expected to interact with existing and potential customers to maintain favorable relationships and increase the company’s sales of products and services.
- The incumbent should be able to resolve customer issues/problems and develop new prospects.
- The Outside Salesperson should also be familiar with all sales processes and procedures; be knowledgeable of the auto parts industry; and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:A minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferably in the automotive industry is desired with a proven record of continuous progressive sales records; High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report must be obtained by applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date and satisfactory MVR must be maintained; Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
- WORK SCHEDULE:Must be able to work a flexible schedule that would allow you to work an assortment of days, evenings and/or weekends (as needed) designed to provide quality service, while successfully growing the business with profitability and integrity.
