- Also provides communication support and project management and strategic support to the Special Education Director.
- Manage projects assigned by Special Education Director by assisting in the planning and organizing of the assigned Special Education programs or initiatives; develop a project plan and identify team members asappropriate; lead data and strategy team and cross-functional project teams.
- Identify project tasks and appropriate representatives to assist in completing project; identify, analyzes, measure, andmanage project risks and opportunities; align work across offices-within the district as a whole- and reviews plan of actionwith Special Education Director.
- Perform project and data analysis, manages risks, identifies and influences necessary course corrections, creatively solvesproblems, and communicates program or project status and activities with Special Education Director.
- Leads a team for tracking all deliverables and progress made against milestones or projects; communicates findings, and provides regular updates and reports to the Special Education Director and leadership team via formal presentations or written reports.
