- 80% - New Business Development & Customer Acquisition - Requires effective skills in prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and influencing to develop and secure NEW customers and future pipeline.
- 20% - Existing Customer Account Management - Requires supporting, managing, mining, and retaining existing customer accounts to oversee project efforts, product installation, and problem resolution, as well as mine for new applications and ensure customer expectations are met.
