- Under the general direction of the Chief Advancement Officer, the Membership & Annual Fund Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, direction, and reporting of the membership and annual fund programs.
- As manager of the annual fund program, they are also responsible for guiding the direct mail and digital solicitation strategy and managing annual giving to the organization.
- The Membership & Annual Fund Manager will focus on strategically expanding both the organization's membership and annual giving programs with a goal of significantly increasing the base of annual gifts through frontline prospect and donor management.
- Through targeted direct marketing campaigns via analog and digital channels that include direct mail, email, website, and advertising, the Membership and Annual Fund Manager will establish strategic objectives and implement short-and long-term tactics that leverage HoMA’s brand and mission.
- As HoMA approaches its centennial in 2027, it is poised to embark on a new chapter guided by a renewed vision and Strategic Plan that focuses on HoMA’s core purpose: to be a home for art and education that exists for the benefit of the entire community, presented in a setting that prioritizes beauty, harmony, and promotes learning, self-awareness and connection.
