- Responsible for supporting the VP of Marketing and Innovation in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, managing a broad range of projects from digital content creation (ecommerce, social media, trade advertising, email marketing), support trade show planning and execution, photography shoots, videography, new product communications, to new item set up and catalog creation/updates.
- Leads the development and maintenance of all professional channel marketing collateral ensuring compliance with brand standards including priority markets such as NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL and NCAA Division 1 schools, medical distributors, and certified athletic trainer organizations.
- Coordinate tracking and execution of strategic partnerships including brand ambassadors, NIL athlete programs, and influencers.
- Partner with the Insights Manager to conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong experience in general marketing with demonstrated success in brand storytelling.
