- Executes the development and implementation of both the long/short term staffing plans for all McGee frontline functions.
- Facilitates quarterly status reports using historical data and trends to help inform the business.
- Proven ability to leverage business acumen, analytic and critical thinking capability to position the organization as a critical business partner.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting
