- SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that food products meet standards set by the company, our customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate, monitor, and control the plant quality assurance procedures/policies while helping to solve production issues with appropriate CAPA. Below is the detailed list of responsibilities.
- Development, enhancement, implementation, and drafting of all food safety and quality system policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality trainings for the department including but not limited to allergen control, GMP, metal detection, etc.
- BS in food related discipline, such as food science, or a degree in biological sciences, nutrition, or related field required, or else equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
