- Drive the Upromise Mastercard program towards sustained portfolio growth through credit card acquisition strategy, existing cardholder marketing, and portfolio retention efforts while partnering with Barclays (its issuing bank) and Mastercard to maximize operational efficiency
- Partnership Management) Heading strategic partnerships, notably those with Barclays, Mastercard, 529 college savings plans and others in order to support new member acquisition, current member engagement, and the Upromise brand
- Business Intelligence) Implement a robust system to monitor key metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), Lifetime Value (LTV), Activation Rates, Retention Rates, and A/B Testing Results.
- Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to measure the effectiveness of consumer marketing campaigns, user engagement, and overall brand performance.
