- Reporting to the Sr Director Human Resources you will provide full cycle HR support to the Customer Leadership Organization (CLO) business function.
- Translate business strategies into HR strategies and initiatives which promote culture, organizational effectiveness and capability building.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence, to develop and deliver compelling strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, change management and diversity & inclusion.
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
