- You will be a member of the steering team activating Associate Experience Network (AEN) Centers of Excellence programs, and standup the site's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Pillar systems in accordance with the TPM pillar playbook and sites current assessed maturity phase.
- This includes overseeing Associate Learning and Development, Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Development, and ongoing Organizational Effectiveness Assessments.
