- The Manager of Executive Compensation is responsible for managing the planning, philosophy, design, regulatory compliance, communication, policy development, evaluation and administration of executive compensation programs at CDW. This includes short-term incentive design as well as long-term equity plan programs.
- Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (developing meeting agendas, analyses and materials).
- Consult with Talent Acquisition and leaders on executive level offers.
- Provide consultative technical expertise and guidance regarding compensation matters to executives, people leaders and the HR team, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance
- Partner, facilitate and influence coordination among various stakeholders (i.e. HR Business Partner team, Talent Acquisition, Finance, etc.)
