- Reporting to Director of Human Resources, the Employee & Labor Relations Manager will be responsible for employee events, investigating employee complaints and grievances, overseeing and conducting unemployment hearings.
- Manage the coordination of employee benefits through third party administrator, communication with employees regarding FMLA and other Leaves of Absence.
- Responsible for property employee relations through development and implementation of programs that foster a positive work environment through fairness and respect for all employees; coordinating employee and labor relations activities; employee events, assistance programs, employee rewards and other programs that support the property’s policies and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage all brand surveys including the annual Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and the Supervisory Feedback Survey (SFS).
- Respond to the company Ethics and Compliance Hotline reports.
