- With a focus on overall growth and revenue generation, this position will support Account Executives to reach individual and department goals through targeted campaign analytics, coaching in industry best practices, feedback through weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Additionally, this position will collaborate on new packaging and group ticket concepts with the Director, New Business & Development to ensure concepts align with the overall vision of the Kansas City Royals Baseball Club.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of full-time Account Executives focused on new business development.
- Attain individual and department sales goals as set by the Director, New Business & Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sales, or related field.
