The program acts as a liaison between M&E Client Leadership, serving as a single voice for the enterprise with overall responsibility for resource support in alignment with key initiatives to the strategy and vision. The Global Program Manager creates and manages high performing teams to not only delight our clients but keeps employees engaged and thriving. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, resourceful, connected and resilient, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruiting, staffing, performance management, budgeting and administrative support for outsourced contractors supporting the M&E Team.
