- The Line Cook is an essential part of our team and is responsible for helping to deliver an unforgettable experience through proper execution of dishes and recipes to present a Craveable, Instagramable, and memorable dining experience that will keep guests talking and wanting to come back for more.
- Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Preparation of dishes from station assigned by Chef/Sous Chefs.
- Fully understand the importance of and can utilize standardized recipe cards and plating guides.
- Maintain expected timeliness of orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Ensure that all given tasks are completed daily before you leave for the day and that you communicate your departure with the Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef on duty.
