Schedule: <ul><li>Full-time and part-time positions available. </li><li>Flexible schedule. </li><li>Make your own hours weekly. </li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments. </li><li>Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and cultural considerations. </li><li>Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings. </li><li>Offer crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines. </li><li>Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to manage their mental health conditions effectively. </li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. </li><li>Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. </li><li>Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, incorporating this knowledge into clinical practice. </li><li>Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times. </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Master's degree in Social Work required. </li><li>Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. </li></ul>Salary and Benefits: <ul><li>The annual base salary range is $90k to $100k</li><li>Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul>Apply Now!!
