- Learning & Development Manager
- The Learning & Development Manager is a member of the Talent Department and reports to the Associate Director of Learning & Development.
- The manager works with other members of the Learning & Development team, the Senior Director of Talent, the Chief Talent Officer, and various business professionals and attorneys to develop and implement the firm’s core legal and professional skills training for attorneys and business professionals.
- Manage program logistics such as invitations, registration, audio-visual needs, conference rooms, food and beverage, evaluations, speaker preparation, and more.
- Support various large, in-person, and virtual training programs led by other team members – e.g. Mid-Level Summit, New Partner training, etc.
