- Job Description Ensures excellent customer service from front-of-house staff Provides an excellent patron and performer experience at all performances.
- Maintains the appearance of the lobby and all public areas; communicates with the Venue Manager as necessary to ensure the safety of the venue, staff, and patrons.
- Is the point of contact to resolve any conflicts at the moment with any patron, ticketing, or performer issues and defers to the Venue Manager for additional assistance Monitors supplies for the e14th Street Campus, promptly alerting the Venue Manager when items are low.
- Completes and distributes Performer Check-in documents and Student Standby Procedures.
- Works to ensure all house management needs are met and daily action items from the Venue Manager, Artistic Directors, HR, and UCB Director Staff are completed Qualifications Computer skills: emailing, reporting, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Eventbrite administration Experience running a live theatre sound board & light board a plus.
