- About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 firm and the leading immigration services provider, is seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to join our dynamic team.
- As a key member, the Lead Change Management Consultant will play a crucial role in the development, facilitation and continuous improvement of an end-to-end framework that standardizes and governs the planning and delivery of change (i.e., project management) as well as methods that support adoption and sustainment of change and sustaining change (i.e., organizational change management).
- The Lead Change Management Consultant will lead communication and implementation of these new ways of working across the Americas region and in close collaboration with the enterprise change management team, practices located within the region, change/project delivery teams, business excellence and other colleagues.
- The Lead Change Management Consultant will report to the Senior Change Management Director and closely collaborate with regional Business Development, Strategic Delivery and Business Excellence leads.
