- This role drives the growth of the Firm through identification and engagement of current and prospective decision-makers, with an end goal of engaging Kforce as their staffing vendor of choice.
- The Key Account Manager takes ownership of revenue generation, develops new opportunities, manages pipelines and executes account strategies.
- Promote Kforce Staffing Services and Partner Solutions using appropriate value-based sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations that demonstrate ROI.
- Help develop and execute in-region or vertically-focused field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Work closely with recruiters in efforts related to candidate activities including quality assurance, candidate follow-up, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing, and assignment end.
