- On-site campus Junior Project Manager to provide management and guidance for construction renovation projects.
- Reporting to the Chief Planning Officer, the Junior Project Manager provides management and input for capital planning, design and construction efforts to plan and implement major and minor capital projects, deferred maintenance, critical infrastructure, and repair and alteration projects for Sonoma State University.
- The Junior Project Manager leads project(s) from start to implementation: leads efforts with development of planning, design, construction documents, permit processes, construction/implementation and closeout of assigned projects.
- Practical knowledge and understanding with California Building Code and all required reporting agents (for example State Fire Marshal, ADA, Army Corp Engineers, CEQA,MRB, SRB, LEED, ADA).
