- Recommend improvements to policies, processes and controls around investigation, bribery and corruption prevention, third party due diligence, and risk assessment and mitigation matters at Unisys.
- Select, track, and monitor detailed data analytics related to ethics and compliance investigations including time to close, and both subject matter and geographic trends and prepare presentation materials to communicate this data to senior management and the Board.
- Assist with the continuous improvement, implementation, and monitoring of the company's anti bribery and anti-corruption program, policies, and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, and the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Provide training and education to employees and business partners on compliance topics, such as bribery and corruption prevention and controls, investigation process best practices, and third-party due diligence.
- You will be successful in this role if you have: At least 4 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting, with exposure to international and cross-border investigations, transactions, and operations.
