- In this role on the Corporate Communications team, you will play a key role in amplifying our brand by crafting and telling Janney’s story to internal audiences through robust communication plans to ensure our employees understand the direction of the firm supporting employee retention and engagement.
- Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will support and lead aspects of delivering transparency in strategic plans; communicating strategic initiatives and progress to managers and employees; providing executive communications; supporting operational and change initiatives; managing firmwide communications; and consulting on employee engagement campaigns and internal communications activities.
- What you are good at: Storytelling: Delivering clear, concise, and compelling communications that connects with employees and stakeholdersOrganization and Time Management: Possessing the ability to take on multiple requests at once and effectively manage projects in a time efficient manner.
- Develop trusted relationship with Janney’s Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic communications counsel to them.
- Manage communication plans and activities – from ideation and messaging to execution – to increase awareness and create excitement for Janney’s corporate strategy.
