- As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks for the office: Process and track referrals Assist in assigning cases to staff Review and assign clinical documentation Complete assessments and necessary documentation Participate in PQI and strategic planning Am I a good fit?

- Qualifications: Master's Degree in Human Services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice required.
- LPC or LCSW required.
