- Institutional Research Manager (Assistant Director)
- Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research, the Institutional Research Manager (Assistant Director) facilitates evaluation initiatives throughout the institution to support decision-making regarding institutional effectiveness, learning assessment, and student success, and meet compliance requirements of the institution's own performance indicators and governing agencies.
- Provides administrative support on student success initiatives; conducts institutional research studies in support of enrollment management, strategic planning, and program evaluation; and ensures a timely response to the University's mandatory reporting requirements to federal and other external agencies and responds to a variety of internal and external requests for institutional data.
- Processes institutional data (collecting, cleaning, recoding, organizing, extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data) for internal use (i.e., Academic Efficiency and Productivity Review, registration reports), external use (i.e., U.S. News and World Report, College Scorecard) and government and agency compliance reporting (i.e. IPEDS, U.S. Department of Education, CDS, NCAA).
