- Position Summary The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) will be a hands-on proactive sales leader who leads a world-class team of sales representatives globally, that predominantly sells our products and services to individual students as well as creates opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team (EST).
- The role will carry a multi-million dollar revenue responsibility and a progressive growth expectation.
- A proven track record of driving results in a target-focused environment will be key.
- The ISM will be able to draw on prior experience to develop a step-by-step process that enables the team to generate high activity and nurture leads through to a successful close in a short sales cycle environment.
- Team members will be assigned Enterprise Sales Representatives (ESR) to support, along with clearly defined territories (government or commercial).
