- Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Recruiter will plan, develop, and strategize full-cycle talent acquisition and staffing strategies for high volume hiring with an emphasis on well-qualified, diverse pool of candidates.
- This individual will be familiar with the use of ATS, effectiveness with respect to cost and time-to-hire and have experience with H1B hiring.
- Oversee Recruiting Coordinator and walk-in candidates.
- Required Certification/Registration: PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP preferred.
- Partner with CHRO to identify opportunities to ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experience during the recruiting, pre-employment, and onboarding process.
