- Plus, Benefits) (Based on Experience) Duties: An indictable misdemeanor prosecutor is responsible and accountable for the efficient and effective prosecution of indictable misdemeanor crimes, felony operating while intoxicated (OWI) crimes, and related simple misdemeanor crimes in Woodbury County, Iowa under the direct authority of the County Attorney.
- Prosecuting attorney representing the State of Iowa, Woodbury County, and the Woodbury County Attorney in the professional, aggressive and ethical handling of assigned cases and investigations.
