- A mix of traditional Human Resources and Talent Management, we’re accountable for the recruiting, growth, and development of the organization across multiples states as well as Canada, and growing and supporting the culture at IMS. We manage employee relations, policy administration, talent acquisition and retention, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, learning & development, and performance management.
- Serve as the designated HR contact for the Atlanta warehouses and offices, providing day-to-day guidance to management, and supporting management and associates with employee relations, recruiting and staffing, performance management, payroll, benefits, conflict resolution, and training and development
- Manage FMLA/leave of absence/workers compensation process
- 5 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree; PHR or SHRM-CP certification
