- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and resources for assigned clients, including transaction processing, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.
- Design and advise on HR processes and programs such as performance management, orientation, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, and engagement.
- HRIS Implementation Support: Leverage experience with various HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity) to support implementation and usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, HRIS, Management, or related field
