- Key Responsibilities 65% - Human Resource Administration Collaborate with the Director of Finance and Operations and the Operations Team on both the day-to-day activities and strategic planning, as needed, to ensure effective management of employee and organization concerns Recommend and implement revisions to agency policies that safeguard employment practices and minimize agency risk.

- Working knowledge of HR procedures, processes, practices, and wage/hour laws Experience in working with group benefit plans (health/dental/life insurance, 403(B), etc.)
