- Responsibilities will include serving as a trusted advisor to department leaders on employee relations, cultural development, compensation, benefits, performance management, policy development and risk management.
- The Human Resources Director will manage the Human Resources Department including recruitment and talent management, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
- Implement and monitor all HR systems and procedures across the organization.
- Utilizes functional expertise to ensure consistent and fair resolution of complex employee relations, including utilization of specialist resources and legal counsel as necessary.
- Provides a range of interpretation, support, and problem resolution to an assigned employee including, but not limited to, implementation of FMLA and catastrophic leave policies, compliance with ADA, FLSA, and other related regulations and internal policies.
