- Provides general administrative and clerical support to the vice president of human resources and the benefits and compensation specialist.
- Advises employees and managers on proper human resource policies and procedures.
- Assists the vice president of human resources in revising human resource policies and procedures to reflect current legislation, practice, etc., and creating new policies where appropriate.
