- Allied Universal® is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator.
- The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for being the primary contact for branch management for all general human resources questions, benefit issues, orientation, resolution of payroll discrepancies, and interpretation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Assist with the workers’ compensation claims management by issuing and obtaining claim paperwork, collecting statements, and coordinating with Corporate Human Resources on doctor’s notes and return to work programs
- Assist with the following: Receiving initial notices from employees and supervisors for leave of absence requests/needs and coordinates with Corporate Leave of Absence department to provide initial information and oversee flow of related paperwork Preparing and processing documents for employees; manage “No Hours” review and dispositioning of employees with assistance from Operations Receiving inquiries from outside vendors on unemployment claims
- Must possess one or more of the following: Associate’s Degree in Education, Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, Security Management, or related degree combined with at least one (1) year of human resources, employee onboarding, and/or classroom instructor experience High School diploma or equivalent combined with at least two (2) years of human resources, employee onboarding, and/or classroom instructor experience
