- As a vital member of our team reporting to the UTIA Director of Human Resources, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive human resources support throughout UTIA. From employee culture, employee relations, compensation, HRIS, employee development, recruitment to leveraging data in decision making, every day offers challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with UTIA Director of Human Resources in partnership other UTIA key leaders that include the Dean of Herbert College, The UTIA Associate Vice Chancellor of Faculty Affairs, the UTIA Chief Operating Officer, the UTIA Associate Vice Chancellor of Marketing and Communications, the Chair of the Smith Center for International Sustainable Agriculture among many others to ensure UTIA attracts, retains and develops a world leading workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field with two or more years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- The ability to work with data, the ability to apply data in decision making and to use data visualization tools
