- As an HR Business Partner, you will influence and drive talent initiatives (e.g. recruitment, performance management, employee assessment, and development) while providing guidance and strategic direction to leaders of the National Council on human resources related issues.
- This position also includes collaborating with leaders to communicate and execute on key human resources business and talent initiatives to include but not limited to workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, and succession planning.
- The HR Business Partner will report the the Manager HR Business Partners.
- Preferences: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
